With years of experience within the photography industry, we now offer a specialised design service for portrait photographers. We work with you to create a professional suite of marketing materials for your business, covering each step of the client experience journey. Working together with Mark Rossetto Photography Business Coaching results in our clients getting beautiful designs PLUS best practice and expert knowledge.


All new clients are subject to a one-off design set-up / layout fee of $290 (This fee is waved for design orders over $1500).

How it works


Step 1 – Pre-planning: Please have your business model, products and prices confirmed and to a level that you are comfortable selling before you get in touch with us. We’ll need this information before we can start designing as all of these pieces fit together across each of your marketing materials. (If you need help to create a price list to suit you and your business model, please look at doing Mark Rossetto’s sprint course called “The Photography Business Benchmark” or if you have any questions please ask us.)


Step 2 – Touching base: Have a look through the design examples above and contact us on the form below to let us know what items you would like designed for your business. As the photography industry expert, Mark will get back in touch to discuss and refine what designs will work best for your business and to organise a storyboarding / planning session via Zoom.


Step 3 – Information gathering: Before our storyboarding / planning session we’ll send you out a design questionnaire and we’ll also need to see any past or current marketing materials you’ve had created as this will help give an indication of your current branding and where you’re at so we can start thinking about your designs going forward.


Step 4 – The storyboard session: We’ll meet via Zoom together with Mark Rossetto to discuss your designs and storyboard your marketing materials. We’ll confirm the content required from you to begin and a drop-box link will be set up for all your required files so everything’s ready to go when the design process begins. We’ll guide you every step of way, but we’ll need your input and required content to begin.


Step 5 – The creative process: This is where the design process really begins. Using the answers from your design questionnaire, we’ll work with you to make sure all your designs reflect the uniqueness of your business. We make sure you are comfortable every step of the way and that you love your designs being created. All the finished files are print-ready and we can help with getting your files printed through our preferred supplier (or your local printer if outside Australia). We can’t wait to create some beautiful designs together to give your clients the best experience and education possible!
